Situated in the heart of old Saltsjöbaden, one of Stockholm’s most picturesque and beautiful suburbs, lies this magnificent villa from the late 1800’s with immediate access to the surrounding nature and the sea. The brief for this project was to create a well-functioning, personal and relaxed home for a family of four. The clients wanted the style to be timelessly elegant with a twist. Great care was taken with respect to the old property with all its period details still being intact. At the same time a top-notch modern home automation system was integrated into the property invisibly.
